Product: hp envy 6055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this HP Envy 6055 printer for less than a year and all of a sudden it has stopped feeding printable sticker paper correctly.  Additionally the warranty is expired...which is frustrating when I've had this less than a year.  This sticker paper has the same weight as the Matte Professional Paper and that setting is what I've been using.

 

It is as if there is something in the printer 'catching' a part of the page and not allowing it to feed properly.  When the print finishes it is severely skewed to the right and there is a little wrinkle where the 'catch' is.  The paper is loaded wrinkle free and at the end of the print there is a wrinkle.


I don't know what would be catching it on the inside of the printer as I've cleaned and checked for debris every time and can not get it to print this weight of paper.  It will print plain paper just fine but not this sticker paper.

 

I have tried going into settings and saying this is index card weight as well but think it is something catching on the printer itself. 

 

Any advice.
