This HP OfficeJet 8015e device, cannot print a Print Status report from the printer's panel. It cannot maintain a stable wifi connection. It cannot make a copy. It cannot connect to the wifi devices in this household I have spent many hours working with tech support at HP Instant Ink (telephone tech support). They have had control of my computer, they have had control of my phone. The last tech support agent ran the same diagnostics 5 or 6 times in a row and could not resolve this issue. This printer is under warranty. I want to move forward with getting a refund and after I do that, I will consider purchasing another HP printer. The words above: "Print Statues" are read on the printer's small screen. I believe that due to space limitations, the meaning is: Printer Status (not Print Status).
Thanks.
