If you recently had a paper jam, then there is a good chance that a small bit of paper that is hard to see has jammed somewhere in the paper path. The best option is to remove the paper tray, open the left door and remove the waste ink/duplex assembly and then drop the paper guide (green tab on front side where you removed the duplex assembly. Then get a 1-2 inch wide piece of thin stiff cardboard (like and index card) and shove it through the paper path from inside the tray cavity and pull it out the left side. Repeat across the whole width of the paper path.
