How long does it take for support to correct a warranty date?
I've been waiting 2 weeks since I raised tje support request and I've heard nothing.

Thank you for your response.
Yes I have been checking my inbox, that's how I know they haven't replied.
It was a warranty dispute which I raised weeks ago and which I am enquiring about as to how long it takes them to reply.
