Hi @LalaTru,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer is displaying a paper jam error,
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- Turn off the Printer: Before attempting to clear the paper jam, turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. This will prevent any potential damage to the printer or injury to yourself.
- Open the Printer Cover: Open the printer cover or access door to gain access to the paper path. Most printers have clear instructions on how to open them to remove jammed paper.
- Remove Jammed Paper: Carefully remove any jammed paper from the printer. Be gentle to avoid tearing the paper and causing further complications.
- Check for Small Pieces of Paper: Sometimes, small pieces of paper can remain lodged in the printer after a jam. Check the entire paper path, including the paper tray, input tray, output tray, and any other access points for any small bits of paper.
- Inspect Printer Rollers: Inspect the printer rollers for any obstructions or debris that may be causing the paper jam. Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with water to clean the rollers if necessary.
- Reset the Printer: After clearing the paper jam and ensuring there are no obstructions, close the printer cover and plug the printer back into the power source. Turn the printer on and check if the paper jam error message persists.
- Check Paper Quality and Loading: Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. Improperly loaded paper or paper that is too thick or too thin can cause paper jams. Make sure the paper guides in the paper tray are adjusted correctly to fit the paper size.
- Update Printer Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer firmware can resolve various issues, including paper jams. Check for firmware updates for your HP ENVY 6055 printer on the HP support website and install any available updates.

I hope this helps.
