We are chasing for last 6 months to resolve our issues but still they always give reply will resolve in 3 days or 7 days. But no resolution.

waiting for the invoice to be delivered to email. the total of Rs. 18000  invoice is missing from HP. And they have still not replied to the emails.

We have already reached to the support team and all time the reply comes will give you resolution in 3 days. Still the issue is not resolved.
