What is the blue screen with the code b80b 5872 mean on my HP laser jet pro 9012? How do I fix it

I understand that you are getting a bluescreen error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
