Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234 All‑in‑One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am asking the community because I can not get help from HP's website, I am trying to contact support but the site will not accept my printers serial number which I know is correct. It's sending me in circles!!!!

 

Please, I have: HP ENVY Photo 6234 All‑in‑One Printer

 

I would like to know the thickest paper that my printer will take. I have not tried any kind of cardstock yet, because I do not want to jam my printer. I can't seem to find an email address to talk to HP directly because they ask for a serial that they wont accept.

 

Any knowledge will be greatly appreciated, even a support email address if no one knows! Thank you!
