I have the HP Envy 4513 and I can print on very light weight cardstock with no problem, however heavy weight cardstock will not feed through at all. I woulod like to purchase another HP but want to make sure I can print on various weights of cardstock.

High end more expensive printers can handle cardstock, printers for home users can print up to 110gsm everything above that will jam.

If you are consistently printing heavy stock you will want to find a printer that has the straightest paper path. For HP that typically means a product like their Designjet series, entry level is a brand new product but I am not sure about weights supported for media.
