When trying to print anything from Internet or even copy, error message is "Out of Paper"

Photosmart 7520e All-in-one printer, product #CZ046A. When trying to print from my computer or even trying to copy an existing document, I get an error message  "Out of Paper" even though paper is there and loaded properly. I have cleaned the rollers to no avail.

Are you using regular paper?

You may refer to the printer specifications page to check the supported paper types and paper size.

Update the printer firmware

Go to Setup > Tools > Update the printer
