@uppin, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Incomplete Printing Issues on HP Ink Tank Wireless 416!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your HP Ink Tank Wireless 416 printer is not completing the print jobs, even for test pages, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure the ink levels in your ink tanks are adequate. Low ink levels can cause printing issues. Refill if necessary.
Ensure Proper Connection:
- Make sure your printer is properly connected to your computer. Check that all cables are secure if using a wired connection, or ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection for wireless printing.
Restart the Printer:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issue. Turn off your printer, unplug it for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
Update Printer Driver:
- Make sure you have the latest printer driver installed on your computer. You can download it from the HP official website.
Check for Error Messages:
- Check the printer’s display panel for any error messages and follow the instructions to resolve them.
Run Printer Troubleshooter:
- Use the built-in Windows troubleshooter to help identify and fix the problem.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Select Printer and run the troubleshooter.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Inspect the printer for any paper jams that might be causing the issue.
Reset the Printer:
- Perform a hard reset of your printer by turning it off, unplugging it, waiting 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
Print a Diagnostic Page:
- This can help identify any issues with the printer hardware.
- Use the printer’s control panel to access the diagnostic page function.
Check Print Queue:
- Ensure there are no stuck print jobs in the queue that might be causing issues. Clear the queue if necessary.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
