The small white clip on the roller which prevents jams has fallen off.  I can't seem to locate it to put it back on, nor can I find the piece to purchase online.    Does anyone know where I can purchase this piece?  Another one fell off before and it was inside my printer and I was able to find it and put it back on.  But I cannot seem to find this one piece

Go to the below site and enter your serial number
https://partsurfer.hp.com

Look for the part you need .   If no picture is shown then search for images of the listed HP part# and compare it to your broken part.

Search YouTube for a disassembly video and see if you can spot the part you need.

 


Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance
