Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

An answer to my problem was Page 16 of the Manual. NOT a solution…Page 16 and onward is discussion of loading paper. The white paper guard under the printer cam off when I tried to correct a paper jam. Please help with actual solution.
