Is there a packaging screw that is preventing the lifting of the scanner glass to access paper jam on OfficeJet Pro 9015?

No screw.

 

Switch OFF the printer - wait a few seconds - Unplug the printer.

 

Lift both ADF and glass cover at the same time.

It might still be a bit "sticky" but the combination of "off" and "both" sections should allow you to gain access to the inside of the printer.
