Product: Envy 5010
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

I’ve tried every setting and the printer will not feed the cricut sticker paper through. It’s driving me crazy! Any solutions?

the paper weight must be less than 250 gsm

No nothing. It sounds like it’s printing but it doesn’t stop and the paper gets jammed on the back roller  having not been picked up

If it doesn't get jammed with plain paper its most likely the paper weight.you can try to clean the paper feed rollers. check step 4

the plain paper weight the printer can take is 80 gms , now for photopaper it cant exceed 250 but even so it could be too much.
