Will not print letter size photo prints.

My HP Officejet  Pro 8500A will not print letter size photo prints as it has in the past.  I get "paper size or type is incorrect" message.  I get the same message regardless of which photo program I select.

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

1. Are you able to make copies using regular sheet of paper ?
2. What is the type and weight of the paper you are using?
3. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
