HP ENVY Pro 6430 All-in-One Printer

Good morning, I bought the envy 6430e 3 day ago, correctly installed everything works fine except of the ADF. When I insert the sheet to be scanned into the ADF the display shows a conutdown from 3 to 0 and buttons for the copy light up (it seems that everything's ok...). Then, starting the scan from HP SMART on pc (from ADF)  some gears into the printer start to work but document remains there. I tried many times without success wasting a lot of time, I'm about to return it to the dealer.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion/advice.

I understand that ADF is not picking up the paper, I am glad to assist you.
