HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Office Jet Pro all-in-one 9015/9010.  It used to work.  Now, the automatic paper feeder stops midway through the first page.  It says there is a paper jam.  It is stops on narrow white plastic piece and it is easy to remove by opening the lid and pulling it out of the white plastic piece.  It happens every time whether I am printing or scanning.  I have reinstalled the software and I have unplugged it several times.  These don't work.  It is something definitely with the while plastic piece.  I have been just lightly pulling it out since it is halfway out.  Tonight, I opened the lid and removed it from the white plastic piece and there was a fast error message on the screen about two sided copies can only be done etc. and something about paper being too long.  the paper is just 8 1/2 x 11.
