i have a brand new HP 9025e printer received earlier today. setup went fine. 1st scan of 20 pages (i thought ADF takes up to 35) but 30 jammed. i setup 20 pages to scan & 1st page goes thru, 2nd page the ADF grabs multiple pages & jams with loud, horrible, clicking grinding noises. this is the 2nd printer in this 1 week as the first one did the same thing & had other issues. so of course, i thought it was defective. i have 2 other HP printers sitting here in my office that i have been using for years. to check it wasn't the paper (or me 🙂 i placed the same 20 pages in my older 9010 printer & it scanned just fine, no jams, no misfeeds, no mulitple feeds. what is going on with the 9025e model? is this a common occurance? does anyone else have this same or similar issue?
