Hello, I have a broken printer of type HP Pagewide pro 477dw. Does HP have a repair store in Germany to which I can send the printer for repair?

What sort of a problem do you have? Some problems are too expensive to address. If you can share a few details I might be able to provide some advice.

Keep in mind that HP announced the end of the PageWide line over a year ago and the clock is ticking down on available parts.

Hello and good morning "Repairatrooper",

this printer did have a paper jam in a very unusual place, directly over the paper Stapel. This is a place you normally can't reach. Due to my local dealer (just a small shop), there might be a tiny little plastic part broken. Also, there is some electronic at this place and the cable might be corrupted. I called HP for help with the exact following question:

"Is there an HP repair shop somewhere in Germany where I can send or personally bring in the printer?"

I repeat here the answer more or less word by word:

1. No. HP does not have a repair shop!

2. We'll send you a list of 400 dealers in Germany. Just call them from 1 to 400. Perhaps you are lucky and find someone who can fix it!

3. Throw the printer away and buy a new one.

If this is the end of the story then this was the very last piece of electronic I bought from HP.

Any help is welcome!!

Kind regards

Stephan
