HP Recommended

HP Officejet 6700.  Paper jam when using card stock.  Prints one side fine but won't print second side.  it jams instead  Is there a setting I'm missing?

Does the printer support two-sided printing on cardstock paper?

 

Follow the steps from the document Paper Jam Error to isolate and resolve the issue.
