my deskjet 2640 isnt working anymore, and I'm looking at the care packages. Can someone tell me if the care packages include a new printer, or just support or repairs to my original printer? My warranty expired, they have the wrong dates of purchase on my account, I created a claim weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back from them and I need to have a printer in my home. thanks

Does your original bill of sale show the unit is still under warranty? If not, then in most cases you cannot purchase a carepack. Carepacks are typically purchased at time of purchase or before warranty expires. If your case was opened before the warranty expired then you should follow up to find out what is going on.
