carriage says its blocked and can't move

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my printer stays that the cartridge carrier is blocked by a paper jam, but it is not jammed.  Recently it has become very loud when the carriage moves, back and forth.  I have factory reset the printer via my home wi-fi and I have downloaded any drivers I could find, I unplugged it for60 seconds, but nothing is working. Does anyone have any advice? I would really appreciate any help someone could throw my way.

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
