Wireless connection. No driver or software changes I know of.
HI there, I would appreciate your help. Despite having
- cleared all paper jams,
- doing a cold reboot (unplugging printer and restarting after 15 secs) and
- cleaning rollers
My printer still says that there is a cartridge jam even though I have seen it move from one side to the other without problem.
I would appreciate your help on this.
