HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wireless connection. No driver or software changes I know of.

HI there,  I would appreciate your help.  Despite having

  1. cleared all paper jams,
  2. doing a cold reboot (unplugging printer and restarting after 15 secs) and
  3. cleaning rollers

My printer still says that there is a cartridge jam even though I have seen it move from one side to the other  without problem.

I would appreciate your help on this.

Many thanks,

Valerie

Thanks but no I had already tried that.  I since called your support and it seems like a sensor issue so a new printer is required.
