Hi. So this printer was terrific up until very recently when it started jamming after about 15 pages and giving me 13.10.04. After this it james every 1-3 pages and wastes paper every time. When I pull the offending sheet out, it appears almost complete with no misalignment issues, which leads me to believe that once the printer warms up a bit something is misaligning and throwing an error.
Printer is... Of course... a month or two out of warranty and chat support is hopelessly and endlessly running me through "help grandma" IT support protocols.

Based on the error and your description I would lean towards one of the two following issues:
1 - The pickup roller is worn or dirty and causing a delayed feed issue which triggers a paper jam based on timing.
2 - A dirty or failing sensor is causing the printer to not read the paper passing a sensor in the paper path and stopping to prevent damage to paper or printer. Most of the sensors in these printers are optical units so dust can really cause issues. Look for any little plastic flags in the paper path which activate the optical sensors, blow some canned air into the slot where the flag sticks up. A lazy sensor can also cause jamming issues. Make sure the snap back into position smartly after being moved.
