deskjet F4488 printer. Says paper jam but there is no paper jam. Still doesnt work.

There is no paper stuck inside the printer. Cleaned the rollers and other parts as mentioned in the video on HP Troubleshoot site. Followed all the instruction shown in the online videhere is no paper stuck inside the printer. It doesn't print the test page. Keeps flashing po to address the issue. But failed. Taper jam window. Printer fails to switch off manually. Any suggestions?
