Product: mfp m527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to fix an m527 that jams when duplexing but I noticed there is no duplex pan in the machine, the troubleshooting manual says there should be one but the repair manual doesnt even mention it, im not sure if its suppsed to be there or not

Hi,

Yes, the entire M527 series supports automatic duplexing, its specifications are attached as a PDF
