Product: HP LaserJet Managed MFP E82540-E82560dn - Base Product 40-60 ppm

I have a 13.84.A2 error code on my finisher and it seems that an obstruction is in the center of the paper path. I force the paper out an it appears that after Ipush a flap up jam goes away then it returns shortly after. Is there a unit broken and can it be ordered to replace. i have an MFP E82550Ddn with a stapler /stacker finisher . I placed a buffer diverter and buffer solenoid on order but not sure if this w

Have you run the diagnostic tests  built into the printer that would likely show you if a sensor has failed?
