eprint fit to paper

Hi

i have hp officejet 7612, the firmware is up to date, i loaded it with A3 paper, i set paper size A3 by its local ip page, when i send email to the printer (eprint) it printed it as A4 on A3 paper, it doesn’t fit on the paper, while my printed file is .doc (MS Word) i set it as A3 by the MS Word

how can i make it fit always on A3 by eprint email ?

I'd like to help!

I understand you would like to print on A3.

By default, ePrint jobs print single-sided, and in the same color and orientation as the original. Documents print on either letter or A4 paper, and photos print on 101.6 mm x 152.4 mm (4 in x 6 in) paper.
