Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got error OX6100004a for improper shut down and paper jam. No paper jam found but still get paper jam message on screen.  Cartridges don't move from right side of printer. Have shut down, unplugged both ends of cord repeatedly. Help please.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Printer Failure' Error

 

To resolve a carriage jam issue, refer to - Carriage jam or E3 error

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Replacing the printhead will cost as much as a new printer. 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
