OfficeJet Pro 9019 gives a false paper jam error for the document feeder.  I have tried all troubleshooting without results. I can print, but scanning or doing anything with the document feeder is not doable with error.  The error message will not disappear or allow me to reset the printer to factory settings.  I have read that this could be a hardware issue.  Should I chuck the machine and buy a new one, or can it be fixed easily?
