HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I was in the middle of copying documents when I got a "Carriage Jam" message and printing stopped.  I followed all instruction for clearing a paper jam (there was none).  Message continues, printer does not work.  Carriage is stuck.

I see that you are facing carriage jam issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer.

 

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. We need to provide the solution to this issue in a private message as this information cannot be shared on a public post.
