Hi, I bought a hp 9010 printer 2 years ago from amazon. In the system, the printer's warranty seems to be over, but it was said that there is a 3-year international warranty on Amazon. My printer is not working right now, the problem is that the printer does not pick up paper even though there is paper. after a long time he tells me to put a paper on the tray.
