feed not picking up paper on hp deskjet 3762

I have had my printer for just over a year and recently started to have problems with the feed, it is not picking up and I have to "force" the paper in one at a time - have tried the reset but that has not worked - as I rely on print outs for training, I cannot sit at the desk feeding paper in one at a time - appreciate any feedback many thanks

Clean the grey rubber rollers that feed paper. Rollers collect dust from the paper sheet and when they get filled with that dust they won't feed anymore and you need to push by hand.
