I see that you are not able to print due to this issue with the printer.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
Make sure the print carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error
Check if the papers are properly loaded in the input tray - Loading Paper, Envelopes
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
