Product: HP Photosmart A627 Compact Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am unable to get ink cartridge out, HP 110, it's jammed. how do i open up the facing or outside shell to get inside to see what is going on?  I just put brand new cartridge in and it went through the set ups and eerror says "Cartridge failed, replace"  I did that.  Now I am unable to get the cartridge out of printer, it wont slide over.  went through all the online suggestions telling me to open up the base and see whats going on inside.  How do I open it up?
