1. Load the paper according to the instructions in the User Guide  Page 14-15
2. Modify / Adjust the paper size / type setting on the printer display
3. If the printer is on the network, modify / adjust Tray and Paper Management in the Embedded Web Server (EWS)
4. Open the document to be printed in the appropriate software for its file type
5. Adjust / Select the appropriate paper settings in Printing Preferences / Shortcut / Properties (name varies depending on how the setup is configured during job submission)
6. Print the document
