hp deskjet 2700 and it says the cartridge carrier can’t move? No paper jam. Any offers of help 🤦♀️🤷♀️

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in these documents - Carriage jam or E3 error and 'E4' Error Displays (Paper Jam)
Check if the ink cartridges are placed properly.
If the issue persists,
