Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I printed a 5x7 photo and all was fine. I went to do another 5x7, again from the photo tray. You could hear the rollers trying to pick up, but error out of paper occurred. I did research, all the 'recommended ' actions to take have been done. Still not able to get the photo tray option to work  (pull out and push in photo tray all the way, shut down remove cord from back then wall outlet to reset, changing copy settings on the printer control panel reloading paper into the photo tray)

I am able to print photos from the main tray.

So I guess not a major issue, but frustrated this problem is occurring. It is a bit of a pain using the main tray for smaller photo papers.
