I have a hp envy 5000 I have new ink in it . printer won't print

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

  1. What is the error on the printer?
  2. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
  3. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
