Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have laser jet pro MFP479fdw printer, document feeder keeps jamming pulling paper to the right side and stopping . it tears or crinkles the the original. Have unjammed, have cleaned. Need solution.

It's probably a foreign object blocking a straight paper pass. If the original is pulled to the right the foreign object is on the left. You can cut a sheet of paper into a strip and floss the paper path just like flossing a teeth flossing might get the foreign object out.
