HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Office jet pro 6978 with paper jam message but no paper found.  also comes up with error 0x6100004a.  carriage also seems to be sticking, doesn't want to move with cartridge door open.
