I am unable to print on light weight cardstock paper. constant paper jam error message and it will not pick up the paper. rollers are clean and dry

Were you able to print on these cards before? What's the size and weight of these cards? Make sure it is compatible with the Printer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04959111
