hp printer 8600 paper feed timing belt damage

My HP 8600 printer cannot be powered into ready system due to the error message jam paper,  I checked the problem and found it is actually caused by loosed timing belt ( measured 3mm width, 1mm pitch, about 245mm length), I would like to ask if HP can provide me a good timing belt to help me to fix the problem.
