When trying to scan in the adf, there is an jam message but no visible jam. The paper starts to feed and gets stuck on the right side.

@jd1226, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I see that you are not able to use the automatic document feeder as the paper gets jammed. Let us clean the paper pick rollers as mentioned in this document.

Check if the papers are loaded properly. Adjust the paper width guides.

 

To resolve a paper jam issue, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
