Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

so i tried to print an envelope it worked the first time then it jammed on me. i cant even see the envelope to try to unjam it myself. what should i do ? i watched youtube vids but nothing helped . ive had paper jam before and normally i phyiscaly  unjam it my self but i cant even see where the envelope is jammed at .
