Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi all, i need help please. I use windows server 2012 r2 version 6.3. Printer works quite well but I can't install the driver properly. I need to use both imput trays for A4 paper. But the second one remains as a photo tray with photo size paper, which isn't helpful for me. HP support couldn't help. Anyone can telle me please how i can correct this please ?

Thank you in advance !

Have you changed the paper size and type directly on the machine itself? If you have and it does not seem to take or hold the setting I would suggest that you perform a factory reset as sometimes the systems just seem to get confused.

My HP Envy 7645 suddenly has a “photo tray is blocked” message. I’ve tried every suggestion I can find. How does one do a “factory reset”?
