is rollover pages free after i used all pages including in plan

hi

is rollover pages free after i use all pages included in plan

ex

i have available 35 pages in plan and 150 pages in rollover

if i print 135 pages do i have to pay extra for these extra 100 pages that i used from rollover pages or they are free until i use all pages included plan and rollover pages 

simple answer works better
