Hi. I am about to lose my mind with the stupid printer. I have not been able to use it in over a year. I received it in 2021 as a gift, used it a handful of times for printing paper. I have never printed photos from this printer. I gave up trying to fix it last year because I was so frustrated and I almost threw it out. I have a new Internet service provider so figured I would try resetting it and hooking it up to my new Wi-Fi, maybe that would help. Well, I am all connected and it says the same error I have been getting since last year, that it is stuck in 5 x 7 paper mode . I’m using normal 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I’ve reset the printer so many times. I don’t even have 5 x 7 glossy printer paper and no matter what I do. It will not get out of this setting. I have checked, there is nothing stuck inside, it is set to 8 1/2 x 11. I cannot print anything , and this was the worst printer I’ve ever received. Can somebody please offer some kind of assistance. I’ve tried looking up help on my phone I can’t even call anybody. It says there is no number available since my printer is now out of warranty and when I try to look for help online, I have to keep downloading apps and all kinds of stuff and nothing is helping and nothing is working. I’ve had this printer for almost 2 years now and have maybe been able to print five pieces of paper from it! Can somebody please offer me some advice and help before I literally smashed it on the ground?!
