Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

For the entire time I have owned this printer, it has jammed about half the time when printing envelopes.  I've just repeatedly pulled out the trays and eventually gotten the needed envelopes printed--too busy to take time to find support.  Until now, two days after my warranty expired.  I cannot get a single envelope to print in either tray.  It just doesn't seem to be able to pull the envelope out of the tray.  The envelope h

Envelopes should only be loaded in the MP tray on this model, never in tray 2. Where is the jam occurring?
